PECO has alerted the township that it will be conducting vegetation management which includes surveying power lines and tree trimming under the maintenance program for select power lines in the township. This free service, conducted proactively every 4-years, is critical as it helps prevent and/or minimizes future outages caused by falling vegetation. PECO's vendor, Asplundh, will be out in our community over the next several months to address any areas where trees need to be cleared from our wires or dead trees removed.
