PECO’s ongoing System 2020 project, a $100M investment aimed at improving the local electric distribution system, is making significant progress for residents along Elbow Lane.
Following the completion of tree trimming and removal, PECO will begin installing new utility poles and upgrading existing wiring. Work will be conducted Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with the possibility of Saturday work.
While the project is expected to wrap up by June 2025, partial road closures on Elbow Lane will remain in effect throughout the next month.
The culvert pipe repair at the intersection of Elbow Lane and Yellow Springs Road is now complete. Road restrictions have been lifted, and relevant agencies have been notified
